Taylor Gustafson

Hi! My name is Taylor and I am a rising Junior studying Neurobiology and Medical Anthropology at UW-Madison. I have a deep passion for understanding the deep integration between religion and medicine; my background is religiously diverse, with emphasis on Judeo-Christian belief systems and the cultural components of religion. I believe in the power of dialogue with the goal of mutual understanding, empathy, learning, and growth. That very power is what motivated me to seek out this Fellowship, engaging with fellow students and learning what and how religion impacts our lives. I have a great affinity for tea, a love of learning, and a desire to listen to others’ experiences, insights, thoughts, and questions. I look forward to the year to come!
