Axell Boomer

My name is Axell Boomer, and I am a senior studying History and Religious Studies. I was born in Rockford and raised in northern Illinois. I grew up around the Salvation Army but was also exposed to a variety of Christian communities, some of which preached the Prosperity Gospel and elements of Christian nationalism. Through the interfaith program, I intend to foster environments where speaking about faith is a comfortable experience and not taboo.
